The Sexual Assault Sequence is a series of events and parameters that often take place in sexual assault scenarios. It is a means by which many perpetrators choose, stalk, separate and attack their victims.
Understanding how predators operate and how the Sexual Assault Sequence works provides women with the ability to recognize the danger and remove themselves from the situation well before the need for Self Defense occurs. At StreetSense our primary goal has always been prevention/avoidance. We feel the best Self Defence is to never be in a bad situation in the first place.
Our courses teach women how to short circuit this process and remove themselves from the potential victim pool by teaching them how to utilize good Personal Safety practices to reduce risk in their lives. We also teach them how to deal with the emotional, psychological and physical aspects of the attack. We also teach simple, effective and proven Combatives combined with Reality Based Training. This has proven to be the easiest and most efficient method of providing combat ready skills in a short period of time.
