Self Defense Basics is a two hour program designed for groups and organizations that want to provide their people with a safe, fun introduction into Personal Safety and Self Defense

1/2 Day Self Defense Workshop

The Advanced Self Defense workshop is a unique and innovative team building activity like no other. It's an incredible four hours of training covering all aspects of Self Defense (street combatives, ground fighting, weapons defenses, multiple attackers)

Skill Retention: We use asymmetric training and a unique set of drills to ensure that the skills you learn in training are there when you need them most.
Simplicity: There are no complex locks, chokes or holds. The skills are easily acquired and mastered and require only Gross Motor Skills.
It Makes Sense: Because I use Reality Based Training, everything you learn has been tested under the physical, emotional and psychological stresses that you'd experience in an actual attack. StreetSense emphasizes Vital Point Striking, Kinetic Linking, and teach only combat proven Self Defense concepts designed to quickly incapacitate an attacker and allow you to safely escape.

The Advanced Self Defense program provides a safe relaxed learning environment where the student is challenged to build new skills or sharpen pre-existing ones. As the course is not system based, anyone including seasoned martial artists will benefit and improve their skills.

The program is designed for all ages and ability levels. It's ideal for groups that have already completed the Self Defense Basics course, or Team Building, Professional Development Days, School Gym classes and Private Parties.

Advanced Self Defense is a three hour program designed for groups and organizations looking for a unique and innovative 1/2 day of training.

As Real As It Gets

The StreetSense Padded Assaliant workshop takes learning Self Defense to a whole new level. This incredible program is designed to allow you to actually put your Personal Safety and Self Defense skills to the test under realistic conditions. Wearing 40 pounds of body armour your instructor will engage you in realistic scenarios to allow you to safely experience the physical, emotional and psychological components that are involved in every life or death encounter.

A New Dimension To Combat

Reality Based Training Padded Assailant training provides the student with an opportunity to do something not often provided in Self Defense programs. That is ability to actually practice what you've learned, full contact against a determined attacker. This type of training is invaluable as it affords them a safe way to see what does and does not work in actual combat. It also embeds the Self Defense concepts directly into the student's muscle memory and neural pathways providing instant access when needed.
Confront Your Fears It's incredibly empowering to see just what you are capable of when push comes to shove. You'll learn that fear is a normal healthy response to a potentially life threatening problem. Then you'll learn how to use it to increase the effectiveness of your Personal Safety and Self Defense.

The StreetSense Padded Assailant program is a fast paced, dynamic program designed for safety, fun and providing a learning experience like no other. The program is an all ages/ability experience and is ideal for Team Building, Corporate Retreats, School Programs, and Private functions.
